Our Warranty

• We guarantee our Trees and Shrubs for one year. All TREES & SHRUBS purchased at full price will receive a standard 1 year warranty. We will re-supply only once, any warrantied item which fails to survive one year, providing the tree and/or shrub were given proper care.

• If a customer does not want a replacement item, or item is out of stock, an in store credit will be given.

• A warranty slip, given at the time of purchase, and cash register receipt MUST ACCOMPANY any dead tree or shrub when returning for replacement. NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN WITHOUT THE DEAD PLANT BEING RETURNED.

• If you are experiencing troubles with any warranted plant please call us before your warranty expires as we do not honor warranties after they expire. We will not replace any tree or shrub that is not completely dead. So please call us before digging up your plant!

• We do not offer any warranty on our annuals, perennials, or fruit or vegetables.
