The best mix for the perfect lawn. This mix takes off fast and is always fine textured and beautiful.50% Kentucky blue grass 20% Fine fescue 30% perennial rye.

  • 1-1-1 Mix

Our most versatile mix. The 3 species that do the best in Wisconsin. â…“ Kentucky blue grass â…“ fine fescue â…“ fine textured turf type perennial rye.

  *** This mix performs great in the sun and partial shade and in good or poor soils. ***

  • Dense Shade Mix

This mix contains Poa trivialis the most tolerant grass there is with ample moisture. 1/10 Bluegrass â…˜ Fescue 1/10 Perennial rye.
